Uptown Maple Commons is a senior rental community, offering congregate living for persons 62 years or older. The community is financed under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, making it possible to provide housing at affordable rental rates. Residents enjoy a beautiful residential environment, a full social program, and a warm and caring atmosphere.

Uptown Maple Commons was designed as part of the Older Adult Housing and Service Continuum in conjunction with the Chisago County Community Center, a partner in providing services to older adults.

Maple Commons Rental Information

We have a home for you at Uptown Maple Commons if:

• You or your spouse is 62 or older,
• Your household annual income meets the criteria for the low income housing program

Every apartment offers spacious living space and is affordably priced.

• 1 Bedroom - 625 sq. ft.
• 2 Bedroom - 750 sq. ft.

Electricity is metered and billed to residents based on individual monthly electric usage. Heat, water, sewage, common maintenance, and garbage removal is provided by management.

Uptown Maple Commons & the Chisago County Community Center

Residents are welcome to join in the social programs offered by the Chisago County Community Center and Uptown Maple Commons. Activities and social opportunities include daily noon meals, movies, outings/ bus trips, card games, birthday parties, dances, bingo and volunteer opportunities.

Uptown Maple Commons is the "sister" community of The Villages of North Branch, a senior living community located behind North Branch Outlets. The Villages features a beautiful town center, complete with chapel, hair salon, cafe and general store, assisted living and memory care apartments, rehabilitation (both in-patient and out-patient therapy) and long-term nursing care.

Uptown Maple Commons and The Villages of North Branch are part of the Ecumen Family of Senior Services.
