Ecumen is proud to serve North Branch and Chisago County. In addition to The Villages, we operate Uptown Maple Commons in North Branch and Parmly Community in Chisago City. Based in Shoreview, Ecumen is Minnesota's largest non-profit provider of housing and services for older adults. The name Ecumen comes from the word ecumenical, which is derived from the Greek word for home: "Oikos." Our name underscores our promise to create "home" for the people we serve.
