Community Town Center

• Located at the center of The Villages' four neighborhoods, the Town Center includes a coffee shop, general store, community room and chapel for a variety of faith services.
  
  
• The Town Center is a community gathering place where people join for light dining, shopping, entertainment, wellness and enrichment programs and worship.

New Technology

• At Ecumen and at The Villages of North Branch, we are committed to using innovative technology to enhance the lives and independence of the people we serve. One of the options that The Villages features is QuietCare. Ecumen was the first in Minnesota to feature this technology and our customers love it.
  
  
• QuietCare offers non-obtrusive sensors that alert a Villages team member and/or a family member if a person's normal daily activity substantially changes. QuietCare helps to identify small problems before they become large problems and allows family members to be more knowledgeable and involved in the care of their loved one.

Assisted Living Apartments

• Assisted living is about focusing on our customers' needs so that they can focus on enjoying their life. We offer a diverse mix of affordable personal services and healthcare options. Assisted living is ideal for those seniors who want to maintain their independence while benefiting from a suite of helpful services when and if they need them.
  
  
• There are 51 spacious one and two-bedroom apartments in the assisted living neighborhood, each with a full kitchen and bathroom. Heated, garage parking is also available.

Memory Care Studio Apartments

• Our memory care services provide the right balance of independence and safety for individuals facing Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia.
  
  
• We feature two households of 10 studio apartments, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette and each home offers peace of mind.

Short-Term Rehabilitation

• The Lake House is home until you are well enough to go home following surgery, injury or illness.  Our complete therapy department and medical clinic provide specialized care in 17 suites, each featuring a private bath.

• The Lake House now offers Ivivi Technology.  Ivivi is dedicated to being the preeminent leader in electro therapies using signals that target specific biological pathways to create healthful benefits, from pain reduction to tissue regeneration. 

 Health Care Center

• "Institutional" is not in our vocabulary. We provide specialized care and rehabilitation services with compassionate, caring customer service.

• Every household in the Health Care Center is comprised of 17 suites (each with a private bath); and each house has a separate entrance, a beautiful dining room, large country kitchen, a comfortable living room, private family room and two sunrooms.
